Cancellation/Refund Policy
Deposits made to Sunwest Golf Carts are non-refundable. All golf cart sales and special orders are subject to 25% restocking fee, if canceled for any reason.

We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether, or not, the order has been confirmed or charged to a credit card. In the case that your credit card has been charged and your order has been canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the original charge.
